In the modern world, all control and automatic control systems are based on the use of computer technology. A computer-oriented approach to the implementation of such systems is being actively developed by all technologically developed countries of the world. In this regard, there is a constant demand for specialists in computer-integrated technologies who possess modern knowledge-intensive management technologies, understand the basics of construction and functioning of technical systems of any complexity. The educational activities of the Department of Aerospace Control Systems (ACSU)
are aimed at such areas . The AKSU department is an educational and scientific team with high scientific potential. The department consists of 4 doctors of science, professors, 8 candidates of technical sciences, associate professors. The department has 2 computer classrooms with access to the Internet, 4 educational and scientific laboratories with special laboratory stands for the educational and scientific work of students and postgraduates, and a scientific and research laboratory. Bachelor’s and master’s educational programs provide theoretical knowledge and the necessary professional competences for employment in any field where there are automated control systems, intelligent technologies are used, model-oriented design of robotic complexes is required, computer-oriented business processes are used in the aviation and space industries .
The department also provides training from the first year in English with subsequent practice in Germany, England, France, the USA, Spain, China, South Korea, and further international employment.
Persons studying in English receive a certificate in addition to a diploma of higher education, which gives a significant advantage in employment. The AKSU department is a leader in the field of training specialists in the latest computer technologies for designing cybernetic complexes of various purposes, which today have integrated all the latest achievements of world science and technology.
During the training of specialists, the following are provided:
– deep, stable, universal theoretical and practical knowledge of information technologies, electronic and computer technology, modern control theory, intelligent algorithms in aerospace control systems, decision support systems, organization of information and computing processes in onboard control systems, etc.;
– acquisition of professional competences in the design of intelligent robotic systems;
– thorough mastery of a computer-oriented approach to the design and operation of complex technical systems;
In the process of study, students receive fundamental training in the theory of automatic control, skills in creating intelligent algorithms in aerospace control systems, knowledge of various programming languages, modern methods of programming control systems
The objects of activity of future specialists are:
– the most modern cybernetic complexes for managing unmanned , piloted and robotic objects using cloud and neurofuzzy technologies;
– intelligent management systems that are a priority in any developed state of the world
– management systems of robotic complexes and complex manufacturing processes;
– technologies and methods of examination of scientific and technical and innovative projects.
The AKSU department prepares specialists capable of solving complex problems of the theory and practice of moving objects management at a high level, developing and researching systems for automatic control of the movement of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), model-oriented design of automatic control systems of robotic complexes.
In general, such specialists at the fundamental level develop complex software products , computer networks, artificial intelligence systems, intelligent decision-making systems using cloud structures, stabilization systems, navigation and control of manned and unmanned aircraft , etc.
