The educational and scientific laboratory of the department supports and develops scientific relations with the partner of the department, ELMIZ JSC. Recently, an example of such mutually beneficial relations was the practical use of the equipment of the Laboratory of Information Technologies in aerospace control systems to check the calculated performance of the inertial measurement module of our partners. Full-scale tests of the inertial measurement module based on solid-state vibrating gyroscopes were conducted on the laboratory's rotating three-stage stand according to the methodology developed by ELMIZ JSC. The results of the analysis of the obtained test results showed the possibility of improving the characteristics of the module for several modes of operation. By agreement with the partners, it was decided to open a joint scientific and research work with a series of tests of improved samples of the inertial measurement module and to work out a unified test methodology.
